Hey guys, im making frogger, and i was wondering how you move something, and so when it touches something, an action takes place?

collision detection? the only way ive ever bothered to use was with a timer and detect where the image is, and whether its touching another image. but there is some good collision detection code in the database. uses the bitblt api. its pretty good.
