can someone please help me with this report. i have a project called Credit Management and i want to view the three tables into one data report. please tell me how can i achieve it. each data has a unique no.same with other table

Table1 will stored only the names of the creditors and Table2 will stored only the credit that they made and Table3 shows the history of each amount that they credited. my format on the report should be this...

Please help that is the format that i want to achieve but i just can't made it. Your help would be much appreciated..
