Ok I have created this database to go with a VB program I and some others are working on. can I get some advice whether its ok or not and let me know if I need to do anything else I not sure what all you can see in it it was created in MS Access 2000

I created 2 tables as you can see  in my file using the enter by field mode and the rest used the wizard on

for my queries I married the 2 tables and combined both the fields from the income and expense tables

my form I used fields from both tables also

Ok after looking at my database I discovered that I wanted to place a list box for the state names to be added.

my question is how do I add them? The fact that I have 2 tables and each table Has the state input fields do I need to have 2 listboxes in the form or can I combine the 2 state input fields into one listbox in the form?

Please can some one help me? I see I am getting alot of people visiting this topic and some that are downloading the attatchment but could someone actualy help me here?
