I am developing a graphic application for album creation in vb.net 2005.

I have to rotate image around x-axis(x-rotation).

Anyone have idea how can i do that?

The Andamans image should be removed. I have left my comments on WPINSPC, but as far as I can tell it has been run through a blue filter and, in addition, had its blue saturation value increased. The result, I feel, is a fake blue.
