When I attempt to add “any” HTML component to a blank DHTML page, nothing happens and no control will appear on the form.  I got the same results on a similarly configured computer. Both run under Windows XP professional and installed applications include Studio Dot Net, VB Express 2005, IE7, and VB6. I reinstalled VBsp6 and VisualBasic6-KB896559-v1-ENU.exe but it didn’t help.
 

I haven’t attempted to make a DHTML application in a long time so I’m not sure if IE7 is causing the problem although I suspect it is the problem. Of course it works fine on my old Win 98 computer.

Does anyone have an idea?
