Hi, I have approximately one year of Visual Basic experience and now I'm moving on to the more complex aspects (API, DirectX, etc) I'm currently having a lot of trouble with DirectX concepts, I'm not too sure what each Data Type does so if someone could explain to me the following, I would greatly appreciate it:

D3DMATRIX

D3DLVERTEX

DIRECTDRAWSURFACE

These are what I have seen commonly and I am still unsure as to what they do exactly. Any help is much appreciated (^_^)
