howdy.

i use adobe imageready v7.0.  i don't know how to make animated gif's in other programs, tho.

if you have imageready, take a bunch of webcam pics and turn them into individual frames.  a cool thing about imageready is that, if you store all your images sequentially in a folder, you can Import Folder as Frames and imageready will take all imagefiles from the folder you browse to and make an animation from them.

i used the timershot powertoy for xp which automatically snaps a new image after x seconds.

also google animated gif software or something.

I noticed that you have .gif as your avatar picture. I'm guessing you made that gif picture. Anyways, can you please tell me how I would make a .gif picture (one that has moving animation) with my webcam?
