You can create controls which are visible false and then PopUp them when the User clicks on a pseudo-menu label you will manually create.

what i mean is that

to make use of  a bitmap can  make a  shapeless form, but how to add a main menu on the bitmap?

 

I don't know if this is what you want but right click on the form background and select "Menu Editor"

The menu will show no matter what the capiton, control button, max or min buttons.

It is hard to understand how a cemetery can raise its burial rates and blame it on the cost of living.

What do you mean by non-caption?  What in the form properties is set to make it a non-caption form?

In a non_caption form  how to add a menu ?  It cannot be pop menu
