Automatically fix user entered strings so as far as case is concerned. Very helpful if you have a case sensitive database, and a user performs a search for john doe, but yet the database has a John Doe, hence the search will come up saying string not found. It's a simple way that I use. If anyone else has a better way let me know.

Code:
strConv(text1.text,vbpropercase) Or for an Input Box strconv(Inputbox("Your text here"),vbProperCase)
