REVISED CODE This code uses two DataGrids on a Windows form. This is NOT a DropDown listbox. The left side is filled with the EmployeeID, FirstName and LastName using the Employee table of the Northwind database. You can move employees back and forth and get any or all columns of all rows in the right datagrid which can be used for any purpose. If you click a column header in one datagrid, the data will be sorted ascending or descending. Each time you click the header, the sort sequence will flip flop. In addition, the next time you move a row from the datagrid you just sorted to the other datagrid, the data in the other datagrid will assume the same sort sequence. Feel free to modify this aspect if you wish. I could have sorted the other data grid immediately but decided it was not necessary for my needs. Further details are in comments at the top of the code.
