If anyone goes to a class or alike for programming, invite colleges to come to join the forum.

Invite as many people as posible because the more people the more feedback and view you can get.

Everyone I know now knows about the new forums, only trouble is not many of them code and I often get a sarcastic wow!! I'll be utting a link on my website in the near future however.

I agree, there isn't that mnay users her, just a few members, but i recall, the last forum, i use to see a few few topics in a day, it seems as though, there isn't that many posts now. so im  trying to get into the habit of asking questions in general so we can have a shot at it and learn even though we're not interested, blank code topics leaves us with more chatting, not that im saying its not good to chat. I think we now each other than other members in other fourms.

Due to the nature of my job I spend a lot of time on these forums and I have noticed a surge in posts and activity recently. Now some of this can be put down to 'novelty' but I also believe that the forums will grow in popularity and stay as active. The good thing about the 'novelty' issue is that people who didn't use the old forums are posting questions and they are being answered very quickly this will entice them to come back here with their next problem. And like rick said there are adverts for A1VBCode all over the web Just not many to the actual forums.
