Hi Mark,

Was this a one time thing or are you still getting this error?

Has anyone else ever gotten this error when replying to a post?

Regards,

Peter

hmm, ive not had any errors yet, but to be honest this sounds more like a client-side error. looks like either the browser failed to connect/communicate with the server, or it tried rendering code using an invalid doctype. could be wrong though...

[EDIT]
actually i forgot, but i do get one error when using konkueror. the links to flick beteen pages don't work, they just give an error to say there's an undeclared variable. the links on the main page work fine though, where you can pick a page number instead of just clicking to view the post.

I have a similar error sometimes. When I click reply the editor loads and the cursor remains as the arrow I cannot click inside the textbox to type. This has only heppend once or twice and hasn't really bothered me I just thought I'd bring it  to your attention. It's probably a problem with my browser rather than the forum.

James

Could it be related to that other error regarding PM?

No I think it's just down to our side as it isn't showing any actual errors

How come I never get any errors on the forums, even though I have a wimpy, non-.Net machine?

I feel left out!

you dont need .net to use/view any feature on here, as its a server-side scripting language rather than something like javascript, which is client-side.
