Creating a program for school system VISTA AND WINDOW’S 7 computers.

I am working on a 2 grade access2007 program that contains 1000 words the students need to learn. NO PROFIT. Just volunteering to help slow learns and teachers. I have the table with the words and a sentence to show its use.  The program starts with showing the word then the TTS says the word and says a sentence with the word. This much works well. 

However, after that, I need a way for the student to say the word to the computer and have it compare the database pronunciation with the student's mic sound.  Everything I have found seems too complex.  I am using vba in acess2007.  Is there a way to import the word from the data base for the speech dictionary for the computer comparison and do it in vba within access 2007?
