| Hi ,
i have visual basic6 application, and i instaled it as setup on the client
this application should connect remotely via a network with oracle database
put on another device
i used this connection string :
If oconn.State = 1 Then oconn.Close
oconn.Open "Provider=msdaora;Data Source=orcl;User Id=FIN;Password=FIN;"
i have this error in the image attached
so ...please help me to solve this problem
or
what i need to download (tools,provider)
to let vb application to connect to oracle database remotely

| Welcome to A1vbcode hassaco.  I don't know the language in that error.log but you've written here in English can you translate? Are you trying to install on a 64bit system?

What i need : what i should install (provider or tools or files) in the client device

| | Well it looks like your installer didn't install the necessary files to use the Oracle database. Which installer did you use not P & D Wizard? You would be better of using Inno Setup its free.
