I would like information on how to implement a simple vb.net chat program on a mobile windows ce5, which can communicate a message (regardless if it is a msgbox or a duolog box) to any other PC on the Network. 

Any information would be greatly appreciated, as far as explaining what libraries to import in my code and what not.
