I've been looking around the net for quite a while. I can't find anything about holding down a key (be it for a certain time or until disabled). Basically what I'm trying to do is a program to hold down the CTRL-key.

Any help is appreciated, I'll keep searching.

You could have a look at the SendKeys function.

If you want to do it with API calls then I would recommend you download and install API-Guide its free.

I've been programming with VB for 17 years. Started with VB4 16bit Pro, VB5 Pro, VB6 Pro/Enterprise and now VB3 Pro. But I'm no expert, I'm still learning.
