Opaque Screensaver over a form

Hi Friends,

I need some help, I need to apply a opaque screen saver over a form when the user isn't doing anything the opaque screen saver should run, when the user touches the mouse the screen saver shoud disappear and the form is visible. When the user leaves the mouse idle for some time say about 60sec the screen saver should appear.

Please could anyone let me know if this is posssible and help me with how to code this using VB.Net.
