I am using MCR 7.11 and C# .net 3.5. I am using .net arapper libraries. When I call the function "MathWorks.MATLAB.NET.Utility.MWMCR.IsMCRInitialized()", it throws error as, "Trouble initializing libraries required by builder NE at Mathworks.Matlab.Net.Utility.MWMCR". The code works fine all the 32bit and 64 Windows operating systems except it fails on Windows 7 64bit  Ultimate. It even works on Windows Professional 64 bit version.
