| ymeii123 (3/23/2008) i need a sound database for my guitar software project in vb......So what sort of format is this software, just pictures and text? If so then you can use a database to store this info. If its music then I don't know you can store music in a database only its location, in which can get renamed or moved.

| ymeii123 (3/24/2008) ahh...how to locate a sound in database? You write the location of the particular file in the database. c:\music\your.mp3 c:\music\your.wav c:\music\your.mid But as I've said file locations can get changed or renamed.
