Some functions approach 'attractors' if you keep feeding their output into their input. Attractors can be fixed points, or periodic cycles, or "strange attractors" which never cross their own path, but stay within a general shape and area. This is a one dimensional simulator with a timer, so can see the points converge to a fixed point on a graph, or to a limit cycle. You can't see a "strange attractor", since those do not exist in one dimension.
