ok
I've written a program which observes a particular directory (folder), if in this folder into a newly created file will always have a message are displayed on the screen so all messages are shown in succession (one report then). I have not made this with the console but I do it differently so no console


it should look like a report
################################################## #
18:30:22 Program Starts
18:33:22 File # P-111.ini was created .....
18:37:22 File # P-222.ini was created .....
...
...
...
18:55:22 # program exits ...
