************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Path not found usually has something to do with a missing file, perhaps a file you are trying to open, or a database file?

This line is probably where the code is failing... when you run it as an app or locally, the path location is one thing, when you run something from the web, the path to the document may or usually is different.

Is this call using relative pathing or absolute?
